Match was fished 8:30 to 11:30 fishing the last 2 hours of the ebb and an hour after low.
Rumours persisted that codling were still showing and this proved to be correct.
Fish from the first catch with 2 anglers landing codling straight away,, while yours truly managed an undersized codling of 30cm.
Fishing reverted to normal after that with flounders and eels forming the main catches, with another codling showing just before low water.
