Cleveleys 5 Bar Gate 9th of December 2018

The final match of the this years league was fished this morning at Cleveleys 9:00 to 12:00 fishing the last 3 hours of the flood.

We were greeted by strong westerly wind and a good sea making fishing conditions a little difficult.

The wind increased throughout the match with the sea building 

The top individual was Bob Scullion with a Codling of 56cm (~3lb 12oz) for 94 pts.

The latest match was fished this morning at Cleveleys from 9:00 to 12:00 the last 3 hours of the flood.

Once again we were greeted with an easterly breeze and bright if cold conditions that did not inspire confidence.

The early prediction proved correct with only one angler managing to catch a fish that counted in the match.

We were greeted by bright sunshine and an easterly breeze but despite the conditions the majority of the anglers managed to catch fish.
