Cleveleys 5 Bar Gate - 14th January 2018

The last match of this years season was fished today at 5 Bar Gate Cleveleys.

The matched was fished from 8:00 to 11:00 (1 1/2 hours either side of high water).

Calm conditions greeted us as the sun started to show, with calm conditions.

North towards Fleetwood

South towards Blackpool

 Overall fishing was patchy with only 5 anglers landing fish that counted in the match, however there were 2 nice codling (51cm and 49cm) caught.

The top individual angler was Bob Scullion (H&A A) with a Codling and a Whiting for 76 points.

Although several anglers this year caught 40cm Flounders, Iain was the only angler who managed 2 of them!!
