Match 8 - Cleveleys 6th October 2019

Rough and breezy conditions greeted us this morning at Cleveleys for the latest match fishing the last of the ebb to low water. The match was fished 9:30 to 12:30 (Low Water was 11:48).

Fishing was not great but three anglers managed to catch fish mostly in the last hour of the match.

Points for the largest fish were shared between Ian Hewitt (Dogfish - 62cm) and Jim Gross (Codling - 37cm) both worth 25 catch points.

Match 7 - Fleetwood 28th July 2019

Wet and windy conditions greeted us for todays match at Fleetwood Channel fishing the first of the ebb.

Overall fishing was not brilliant with only three anglers weighing in, although other anglers caught a number of undersized fish.

Match 6 - Stannah 14th July 2019

Cloudy and humid conditions greeted us this morning for the latest match at Stannah.

Catches were mostly flounders and eels but one bass was caught and an exceptional eel of 78cm. Most effective bait was peeler crab.

The largest fish was caught by Barrie Horrocks a Bass of 64cm.
